New Roles at Holst Social

With our one year anniversary approaching, we're looking to expand our team with more creative minds. We're excited to take on a new Social Media Intern, our first Photography Intern and we're also on the hunt for a more experienced Social Media and Content Manager.


Holst Social is a full service social media agency specialising in lifestyle and consumer brands. We offer expertise in social media marketing, and deliver innovative and effective strategies, content creation and management, always in line with brand guidelines. Our aim is to help businesses leverage social channels successfully, and subsequently increase sales and revenue.

Holst Social was founded by Caroline Holst in July 2016. Caroline’s background is in social media and luxury PR, with experience from the UK, Scandinavia and the Middle East. She has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world, including Zuma, Cipriani, Jean-Georges, Quintessentially, VOSS, Nickelodeon and MTV.


We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking individual with a background in social media, marketing or PR to join the team. The person will be working alongside the MD and is expected to lead accounts and deal directly with clients. The ideal candidate will be highly creative with a strategic vision, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and will know how to optimise performance against key performance indicators. The Social Media Manager will be expected to deliver scalable, on-brand strategies, manage budgets and to create and curate content for clients (photography knowledge is essential).

Are you enthusiastic, meticulous, hard-working and looking for your next internship? At Holst Social you will need to hit the ground running, helping with all the day-to-day admin and community management, as well as assisting on shoots, content creation and research.

Duties include:

  • Content creation.

  • Social media reporting.

  • Community management.

  • Keeping on top of social media news and trends.

  • Scheduling content calendars.

  • Monitoring TripAdvisor pages.

  • Meeting minutes.

  • Knowledge of Google drive, Photoshop, InDesign, iMovie desirable but not essential.

  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Ideally you will have some experience within social media or a degree in communications, fashion, photography or graphic design.

Looking to grow your creative portfolio? We're taking on a part-time photography intern who will assist on shoots across all accounts. The person will need to have experience shooting food, fashion, interiors, and products as well as using Photoshop and other necessary editing tools. Key responsibilities include photography in line with brand guidelines, ensure colour and style consistency between images, editing and keeping on top of photography trends.Videography and Graphic Design experience is also desired.
